Enter your HiBob username, password and is sandbox. You only do this once per account.

Pick the HiBob data you want in Data Studio.

Connect Data Studio
Click Generate Data Source and authorize Data Studio and Coupler.io with the same Google account. After the first run, open the report and add your HiBob fields.

Every run either replaces or appends the data in Data Studio. Run it as often as every 15 minutes.
Each run overwrites the data set with a fresh snapshot of HiBob data.
