Can I export Pipedrive deals to Excel with specific status only?

Yes, for instance, if you want to export only won deals to Excel, filter them in the Pipedrive interface first. Then open the filtered view in Pipedrive and copy the filter ID from the URL (for example, for pipedrive.com/deals/26 the filter ID is 26), and paste it to the Filter ID field in the Coupler.io importer.

I want to build an Excel dashboard that automatically updates every Monday with Pipedrive deals data. Can I use Coupler.io for this?
